216. Notes of the deposition.
(1) The notice of the deposition of a person examined shall be signed by such person and shall be lodged in the office of the Registrar of Tribunal. But the notes shall not be open to the inspection of any creditor, partner or other person, except the Liquidator, nor shall a copy thereof or extract therefrom be supplied to any person other than the Liquidator, save upon orders of Tribunal.
(2) The Tribunal may from time to time give such general or special directions as it shall think expedient as to the custody any inspection of such notes and the furnishing of copies thereof of extracts therefrom. |
