131. LLP Liquidator in voluntary winding-up to submit statement.

(1) Where before the making of the winding up order the LLP was being wound-up voluntarily, the Liquidator may require any LLP liquidator or liquidators in such winding up to furnish him, not later than fourteen days of his making the requisition, or such other time as he may fix, a statement as to the manner in which the winding up was conducted, how the assets of the LLP were dealt with, and the position of the liquidation on the date of the order for winding up by the Tribunal; and on the requisition being made, it shall be the duty of the LLP liquidator or liquidators so required to furnish the statement within the time limit.

(2) Where the LLP liquidator or liquidators fails to furnish the statement as required under sub-rule (1), the Liquidator may apply to the Tribunal for such directions as may be necessary.
